How do I care for my pillow cover(s)?

WASHING + DRYING
- Flip inside out
- Delicate Wash
- Water temperature: cold
- Hand wash or Machine wash on delicate cycle, inside out
- Separate colors
- Hang or lay flat to dry

OR

- Spot clean

IRONING
- Flip inside out and spritz with water to dampen the surface
- Iron on high setting with steam

Where else can I purchase pillow inserts?

Our pillow covers are made to fit a 20"x20" standard size insert. Pillow inserts are sold in many home furnishing stores (such as the one that sells Sweedish Meatballs).

What is Ramie?

- An all natural fabric - similar to linen but softer - with a smooth silky lustre
- It is resistant to heat, bacteria and molds

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

How secure is this store?

All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

What is your exchange / return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return within 15 days from the date of receipt. A refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs, will be issued provided the returned merchandise is in its original, resalable condition and the Packing Slip is included with the return.

We do not accept exchanges. You must place a new order after returning the original item in resellable condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Gift returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 15 days of our receipt of your returned product. If you have any questions, please contact us.

How long will delivery of my order take?

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 3-5 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.

Please be aware that orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to local customs fees or duties. Every country has different procedures and fees for incoming packages. Unfortunately LINT and HONEY does not have information on customs or duties, and we are not able to estimate these charges. Please check with the proper local authorities before placing your purchase. LINT and HONEY is not responsible for non-paid import taxes, nor will LINT and HONEY issue any refunds or exchanges for deliveries that have been refused for non-payment of import taxes.
