Online Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return within 30 days from the date of receipt. A refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs, will be issued provided the returned merchandise is in its original, resalable condition and the Packing Slip is included with the return.

Please contact us and include your name, order # and reason for return and we will get back to you with further instructions.

Returns should be shipped through a traceable method such as UPS, Fed Ex or Insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number until you receive your refund.

If you received a wrong or defective item, please contact us for further instructions. Please include your order # information and note the error or specific defects.


We do not accept exchanges. You must place a new order after returning the original item in resellable condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
